La Ventola

The Hotel Residence La Ventola is made up of 2 floors surrounding the swimming-pool and an extra small building next to he restaurant.
The structure has also a reception hall (with outbound and inbound fax service), unguarded private parking-place, coin washing-machine, swimming-pool with hydro-massage and a swimming-pool for children, a playground area for children, a common garden area, a breakfast hall, bar, restaurant and a pizzeria with traditional oven.
The Residence provides 25 flats which have private bathrooms, central heating, air conditioning, direct phone line,  satellite TV, balcony and some of them with private garden (only for the apartment on the ground floor).
The two-room apartments are made up of a bedroom with a twin bed and a single bed, a kitchen/living-room with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette, a bath and a furnished balcony (30 sq.m).
The two-room apartment that are next to the restaurant have a small furmished patio instead of the balcony (sq.m. 35)
The one-room apartments are made up of one living-room with a kitchenette, a twin bed and a single bed, bath and a furnished balcony.
Two flats have facility also for wheeled-chair people. 
The structure has also 8 bed-rooms for the Hotel Formula. The hotel bedrooms (double and triple bedrooms) have private bathrooms, TV SAT, hairdryer, air conditioning, direct phone line and a fridge.
These bedrooms are kindly furnished in Tuscany Style but quite small.
On the first floor they have a window (no balcony) and on the ground floor they have a small furnished patio.

Eating
The cuisine is rich and tasty, in a familiar managing with a great range of menus of Tuscan and Italian recipes. They offer buffet breakfast and meals at dinner and lunch.
You may find numbers of Tuscan specialities with the freshest seafood and a great range of pizzas made with traditional oven by our Pizza world-championship Antonio Polzella. Great note also to the selection of Tuscany , Italian and Campania wine, with the possibility of tasting.
Our guests may also stay at the wide outdoors area of the restaurant.

Location
In the heart of the Etruscan Coast, in Vada (LI), the structure is 2 Km far form the centre of the small village.
It is only 200 m. far form the sea and close to the Wine Road.
A bike-rental, a mini-market and a newsagent’s are only  200 m. far from the structure.
The structure is also near to art cities such as Pisa Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Lucca, Firenze, Monteriggioni.

The seaside
The seaside is 200 m. far from the structure, just walking trough the secular pinewood in fornt of the restaurant, after crossing the road at the zebra crossing. The seaside is sandy, with the availability to rent beach-umbrellas, deck-chairs at a private lido or just stay in the wide free area of the beach.
The sea is perfect for children because of its short depth for a long. The Hotel Residence La Ventola is near to the famous “White Sands” (Spiagge Bianche) (5 Km), for the whiteness of the sand, easily getting by bike/scooter or car.

The structure offers also to its guests a swimming-pool with hydro-massage (including deck-chairs and beach-umbrellas at the pool) and a swimming-pool for children, a playground area for children, a tennis-table.

One-day tour with guide at: Isle of Elba, cruises of the Tuscan Archipel (Isle of Giglio and Giannutri, Isle of Capraia, Isle of Pianosa), guided Safari along the Tuscan hills with Quad, art cities such as Rome  and Florence, tour at the outlets of the region or a riding through the Tuscan country or along the Etruscan coast.
It is also possible to rent a horse for riding along the coast on your own.
